Services & Capabilities
1
Pre-Release Planning Coordination
We work with your team before the release date. We confirm destination, transport logistics, appointment times, accommodation arrangements, and any specific safeguarding considerations — so release day runs without surprises.
What We Provide
Core Service (included in every referral)
4
Safe Arrival Confirmation
We do not leave until we know they are safe. Formal handover to the receiving professional, key worker, or accommodation provider. Written confirmation of safe arrival sent to the referring caseworker, YOT officer, or probation worker within the hour.
2
Welfare & Orientation Support
Trauma-informed, calm first-contact. We meet the young person where they are — emotionally and practically. We explain what happens next, answer their questions, and help them feel less overwhelmed at the most vulnerable moment.
3
Release-Day Transport & Escort: Collection
Collection from the prison gate on the confirmed day of release. Escorted transport in a safe, appropriate vehicle. Journey to probation appointment, supported accommodation, or home address. Trusted adult present throughout.
