Impact Transition Services CIC was founded by people who understand — professionally and personally — what it means for a young person to walk out of custody with nothing but a plastic bag and a bus pass. We are practitioners, not administrators. We are present at the gate, in the car, and at the front door. We are not a helpline. We are not a referral service. We are human beings who show up.
 

Our team brings together experience in youth justice, trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and community support. Every team member holds an enhanced DBS check registered on the update service and has completed Safeguarding Level 1 and Level 2 training.
 

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), registered at Companies House. Our profits and resources are reinvested entirely into the young people we serve. Based in: London and Birmingham.
